Another creation of the fevered mind of George McVey,AC1 is a parody/homage of the SUPERMAN mythos, except it's OOPSYMAN,
described by Tim Temmel of TBT Comics as a "totally clueless hero". A heart of gold, a brain of mush, & a smell like a
Florida swamp; that's OOPSYMAN. Done in a MAD Magazine style, it "looks like Bob Crumb's work", in the words of MAD magazine's
editor Al Feldstein.
But For The GRACE is the tale of what might have happened had the dark side had been the one showing interest in the
affairs of man a couple of millenia past, & has sparked many a lively discussion. The image shown is of the GEM Studios
edition. Also available are variant editions from RenderBooks, U-CAP Comics & Xyopli, in digest & mini formats.

FULL CIRCLE Comix
AMAZING STORIES #15 features art & stories by Jeff Cooke & Andy Cooke, as well as an
INSECT HUNTER revamp story by George McVey. INSECT HUNTER is an old fan fave by
creator Matt Bucher, brought into today. An
interesting melange of small press styles.
The GeoMc revamp promo is featured as the back cover illo for IMAGINE #9 from FCC, featuring the pinup talents
of Andy Cooke.

TBT Comics currently has a number of books featuring GEM Studios work.
HERO DUJOUR #1's lead story is a 5 pager, inked & lettered by GEORGE MC VEY, over TIM TEMMEL's
story & pencils.
TBT TRIPLED ACTION #1 features GeoMc inks over TIM TEMMEL's pencils
for the cover & over JIM THOMPSON's pencils for the centerspread.
TBT TRIPLED ACTION #2 features a cover by GEORGE MC VEY, colored by
TIM TEMMEL & a 9 page story with GeoMc inks over story & pencils by STAN KIRBY.
SUPERTEAM G-X also features a GEORGE MC VEY parody/homage cover
(that may be used as a pinup) but issue # & release date is currently unknown.

Above & right we find some of the mini titles brought to you from QuarterTwo Productions. As the name implies, these books
are a mere 50 cents each. Buy some, & get a chuckle, if not an outright laugh. QuarterTwo is another GEM Studios
affiliate, so, of course, these offerings were originated by Studio head George McVey.
TODDLE TOWN is a series about preschool daycare & its participants. Join Leon, Petey, Penny, the Unknown Toddler & their fellow
day residents of TODDLE TOWN as they learn the facts of life in a preschool perspective. Full color covers & six daily b/w
strips for 50 cents? (except Flipside, which is a Sunday strip in b/w) Can't beat that, even if you had a stick. Try some.
On the left we have WOTTA LIFE!, also brought to you by QuarterTwo Productions. What would life be like with no such thing
as a "good" day? Ask Henry Wotta. His life would depress Ziggy. Also 50 cents for full color covers & a half
dozen daily strips. Check it out. Poor Henry could use your
